Officially Day 1

OK So today went over with a very small bang! Juan arrived right on time, but they are actually starting the job tomorrow! It all works out anyway because, as usual in construction, nothing goes as planned, nothing arrives when it's supposed to! Our lowboy bin was supposed to arrive today and at about 2pm, they call to say it's not coming today! Something about the dump being closed and they don't have an empty bin. Whatever! These are the kinds of things you have to just roll with when you are doing something like this. These things are bound to happen! Not that the day was a total loss! Jack spent the day organizing the back half of the storage bin, which is going to act as a tool shed during construction. i will have pictures tomorrow, as i am having trouble getting my photo album to be seen on the Blog, but we are moving on! Again another thing you just have to roll with! Tonight we had to re-arrange where our animals are going to spend their time during the day while we are at work and they are working on the house. For those of you just catching up to us, we have 2 dogs, Mac and Whitney Mac is black and Whitney is white!

We also have our new kitty T-Bone Shimizu

And of course, we would not be complete without Tupac ShTortoise Shimizu, our African Spur-thighed Tortoise!
